The subject of the contract is function of the Investor’s representative and the Consultant at the pre-design and design stage of the investment project of reconstruction and expansion of offices, along with a canteen in the production and warehouse hall – Duni in Poznań. The aim of the task is to develop the distribution of office space for the planned utility purposes.

 

Characteristics of the facility:

  • Building:
    Two-storey office section along with a canteen in the production and warehouse hall
  • Reconstruction:
    Reconstruction of the office part for new customer requirements in terms of the arrangement of offices and social part, the arrangement of space and improvement the comfort of work
  • Extension:
    Extension of the office part of the new office and social spaces
  • Installations:
    Electrical and telecommunication, ventilation and air conditioning, access control

Scope of work

  • Investor’s Representative and Consultant at the preparatory period before the construction or pre-design stage (analysis of the investor’s needs, familiarization with the the object)
  • Investor’s Representative and Consultant at the design stage with the supervision of the design and the tender procedure for the selection of Designer
