As the Investor's Representative - Transgourmet Polska Sp. z o.o. - we are working on a complicated project of transforming a disused commercial building without changing its function, into a modern Selgros Retail Park. Ultimately, Selgros Cash&Carry, Bricomarche and JustGym will operate in the Park.

The scope of work carried out on the facility includes: modernization of the building's facade; modernization of the roof slope, demolition and dismantling of existing elements to accommodate new arrangements, installation of new plasterboard walls, adjustment of floors, replacement of door and window woodwork, modernization of the development of the external area with roofing, construction of refrigeration and freezing facilities together with installations; installation of a sprinkler system, photovoltaic system and a new high- and low-current installation, modernization of sanitary installations.

In the initial stage, we analyzed the necessary demolitions, along with quality and technical supervision of the structure's reinforcement.

During construction, our team is responsible for running the Investor's construction office, investor supervision, tenders for contractors for individual work packages, coordination of works, control of the material and financial schedule, and cost control.

The opening of the facility is scheduled for the first half of 2024.
