In September, we completed our services as a Bank Supervision Inspector for the construction of Kolorama's production and warehouse facility in Piła.

The completed hall, with an area of more than 7,000 square meters, is designed for the production of highly specialized interior blinds, which are supplied to both the Polish and European markets.

The following infrastructure was also built on the investment site:

• a separate covered delivery and dispatch area with usable space
• parking places
• internal roads and fire protection maneuvering area
• above-ground fire protection tank
• retention and drainage tank
• transformer station with cable connector

As the Bank Supervision Inspector, we were responsible for controlling the implementation of this investment in accordance with the cost estimate and work schedule, we conducted inspections at the construction site to confirm the completion of individual construction stages. We assessed the compliance of the works carried out with the building permit, along with confirmation whether the Investor's activities were carried out in accordance with the implementation plan and cost estimate submitted to the Bank.

Let us remind you that our company has been operating as a Bank Supervision Inspector/Independent Technical Advisor for many years now. We have already completed investments in this formula, such as: the UniTec production hall in Leszno, the Liberte 33 hotel in Poznań, the Invest Park warehouse complex in Zbrudzewo, the warehouse hall with a social and office part in Gniezno, and the housing estate "Ogrody Przyjaciół" in Warsaw.
