We act as a Construction Manager in the expansion of the Selgros Cash & Carry center with a logistics and warehouse hall intended for the purposes of the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering industry in Krakow. Works commissioned by our regular client - Transgourmet Polska Sp. z o.o. – are carried out in a way that does not interfere with current operation of sales hall and customer care.

As a Construction Manager, we started our activities from the design stage and design support, then we conducted a tender procedure for the selection of the General Contractor and we are currently managing the construction stage.
