New contract - CM - warehouse in Szczecin
For our regular client - Transgourmet Polska - we carry out tasks related to the construction of a logistics and warehouse facility in Szczecin.
The new hall, for the needs of the Hotel Restaurant Catering industry, with an area of approx. 2,000 m2, will be added to the existing and operating Selgros Cash & Carry commercial building in Szczecin.
The investment will require the demolition of a fragment of the existing car park roofing and the liquidation of parking spaces, the reconstruction of a fragment of the existing hall with the front elevation, changes in land development and reconstruction of the existing road system with external networks.
The new building will house warehouses and cold stores, technical and office rooms, as well as new docks.
Our contract covers the construction management of the entire investment, and we started working at the design stage. The scope of our tasks has been divided into 4 stages:
- Preparation of tender documentation
- Conducting the tender procedure
- Construction process management
- Participation in the final acceptance of the investment
An additional challenge in this project is the fact that during the reconstruction and extension of the Selgros Cash & Carry facility, it will not be shut down, therefore the work will be particularly burdensome in the evening and night hours.
Currently, the construction phase is starting.
