On April 26, we signed an agreement to perform the function of a Substitute Investor for the expansion of the WFOŚiGW in Poznań (the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management).

The subject of the Agreement is the performance of the Substitute Investor, which covers the management and investor supervision of all industries, advising the Client in making organizational, economic and technical decisions related to the investment, securing the interests and representing the Client towards the Contractor of construction works, as well as service during the warranty period.

The investment consists in the reconstruction of the office and administration building and adapting it to the new needs of the Client, together with the assembly of a 37 kWp photovoltaic installation, which is a source of electricity for the facility's own needs. Photovoltaic panels will be mounted both on the roof of the building and on its facade.

Construction works are to take approximately 13 months.
