  • tender procedure for the selection of the General Contractor, including preparation of the tender regulations and the Terms of Reference, analysis of offers, negotiations with bidders, recommendation of selection, preparation of GC Agreement
  • construction project management including: coordination and verification of GC activities, conducting technical and economical documentation from the realization of construction in the scope of securing Investor’s interests; carrying out the final acceptance
  • Investor’s supervision during the construction
