The subject of the contract was the performance of the function of the Banking Supervision Inspector over cooperation with Alior banks and the developer - Novisa - at the construction site of "Ogrody Przyjacól 3" residential buildings in Warsaw. KKBud performed control activities required by the Act on the protection of the rights of the buyer of a flat or a single-family house of September 16, 2011.

Scope of work

Banking Supervision Inspector - carrying out inspections on the construction site and preparing reports on the implementation status and the level of advancement of investments in relation to the assumed schedule. Assessment of the feasibility of the investment under the current cost estimate and the planned budget.
