  • endering procedure: preparation of tender documents, basic provisions of the contract, including five major procurement packages – General Contractor, the Contractor of sanitary works and electrical works, the Contractor LV work, the Contractor of finishing work and the Contractor of road works
  • Inspector supervision of the implementation of construction
  • The procedure for acceptance control, with final acceptances work of all Contractors
