WFOSiGW office building

The subject of the contract was to act as a Investor's Representative during the modernization of the office building of the WFOŚiGW (Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management) at Szczepanowskiego Street in Poznań, at all stages of the construction process and to settle the completed investment project. Our activities were aimed at carrying out the renovation of the building within the established deadline, with a high quality standard, while optimizing construction and operating costs.

Scope of work

Representation of the Investor
Detailed verification of the correctness and completeness of the executive construction design, bills of quantities, cost estimates and technical specifications, as well as the execution and acceptance of construction works.
Coordination of construction works.
Controlling the compliance of the construction works, in particular with the applicable laws, design documentation, with the provisions of the TOR.
Investor's supervision in accordance with legal regulations.
Supervision of the material and financial schedule of the investment and verification of the invoices of the Works Contractor.
Reporting to the Investor in the form of reports: opening, monthly, technical, final.
