The subject of the contract was the performance of the function of the Banking Supervision Inspector over cooperation with Alior banks and the developer - P1 Nieruchomości - at the construction site of the Best Western Liberte 33 hotel at Libelta street in Poznań. KKBud performed control activities required by the Act on the protection of the rights of the buyer of a flat or a single-family house of September 16, 2011.

Scope of work

Banking Supervision Inspector - carrying out inspections on the construction site and preparing reports on the implementation status and the level of advancement of the investment in relation to the assumed schedule. Assessment of the feasibility of the investment within the current cost estimate and planned budget.

Works carried out under the supervision of the conservator of monuments: the building is under strict conservation protection by an individual entry in the register of monuments under no. A 439 dated January 21, 1995.
