As the Investor's Representative of the investment - the construction of the Foodservice logistics center in Gliwice, we are comissioning a high-storage facility with an area of 20 000 m2 and a height of over 12 meters. The final inspections before the opening of this modern facility are currently underway.

Performing the key role of the Investor's Represetative, we supervised the preparation and implementation stages of the investment. This multifaceted responsibility included the development of the hall design concept, design supervision, development of a detailed schedule, coordination of the General Contractor selection process, coordination of the Contractors' work, supervision, active participation in official acceptance and, above all, constant representation and protection of the Investor's interests and ensuring compliance of the implementation with the vision of the project.

Thanks to the applied solutions, the Investor - Transgourmet Poland - will be able to offer the highest quality and efficiency of logistics operations in catering industry.

The facility ensures the freshness of products of various categories throughout their journey around the plant, through full temperature control thanks to separate cold store and freezer zones, as well as separate zones for receiving and issuing products to cold stores and freezers, as well as for dry products.

The investor gives priority to sustainable development by implementing environmentally friendly solutions, which is why the facility has a photovoltaic installation using solar energy and waste heat recovery for heating and ventilation. Additionally, electric car chargers for the Investor's fleet were installed in the external area, which emphasizes the commitment to providing efficient and environmentally friendly mobility options in food service logistics.
