We work as a Substitute Investor on the construction site of the FoodService logistics center in Gliwice for Transgourmet Polska Sp. z o. o. Our responsibilities include construction management and conducting it in accordance with the construction and executive design, constant monitoring of the material and financial schedule, multi-discipline investor supervision, geotechnical supervision, coordination of GC works with the Investor's suppliers and contractors, and participation in the final acceptance of the investment.

At the construction site in Gliwice, the installation of the roofing and works related to the execution of the underfloor sewage system have begun. However, the reconstruction of the heat pipeline and the assembly of the prefabricated reinforced concrete structure were completed.
