The subject of the contract was the Construction Manager function at the construction site of the largest IKEA store in Poland – Wrocław.

 

IKEA in Wrocław is also the most environmentally friendly store of that network in Poland due to applied solutions:
heating and air-conditioned system of geothermal energy
heat generated by the refrigeration will be used to heat water
solar tube will lead the light to the lowest-lying floor
rainwater and snow, after cleaning, will be used to flush the toilet

Scope of work

Construction Manager (preparing and handling of investment, tendering procedure, construction management, Investment Supervision, control the quality of works, material and financial control, safety and fire control, executive documentation control, acceptance procedure. The whole contract was executed according to FIDIC standards.
