The implementation of the investment of the apartment building "The One" in Ustronie Morskie, located in the immediate vicinity of the coastline of the Baltic Sea, has entered the final phase of implementation.

The execution of the substrates for the floors in all storeys of the building has already been completed, plastering and finishing of the wall surfaces have been carried out, as well as the installation of thermal and waterproofing layers on the roof slope.

Currently, works related to the installation of balcony balustrades and facade works are being carried out. At the same time, finishing works are being carried out in the recreational part - the swimming pool hall, as well as installation works in the sanitary and electrical industry.
