The construction of a hotel of the international Radisson brand, together with an apartment building in Świeradów Zdrój, Lower Silesia province, has started. This is an investment that we are managing as a Substitute Investor. Our team is currently conducting tender procedures for the selection of contractors for individual work packages and also supervising the groundwork phase, which has just begun.

The hotel and apartment building, which will be built on the mountainside, will fit perfectly into the mountain landscape of the town with its aesthetic finish, combining elements of wood, stone and glazing. The apartments will be given to customers as a hotel rental option or as a safe capital investment with the possibility to buy the apartments as an investment.
