For our regular client - Transgourmet Polska sp. z o.o. - we are carrying out the task of Substitue investor of the preparatory stage and construction of the Transgourmet Polska headquarters in Poznan.

The investment will consist of the superstructure of the HoReCa logistics hall located in the Selgros complex in Poznań by 5 office floors. The currently existing hall building, intended for the catering industry, has one overground floor for storage and one underground with a garage for 36 parking spaces. Ultimately, the 5 new floors of the hall will provide modern office space for the Investor.

The investment is so difficult that the construction work of the expansion will be carried out in the form of work packages with the Selgros hall in full operation and the HoReCa logistics hall partially in operation. This requires proper coordination of all contractors while ensuring maximum safety for both construction workers and Selgros and Transgourmet customers.

The tasks assigned to our Team include 3 stages, in which our company represents the Investor and acts on his behalf:

• design supervision over the development of a complete construction design, technical designs and executive designs
• conducting full tender procedures for the selection of individual contractors along with a recommendation for the selection for the Investor
• construction management together with investor's supervision and administration of the Investor's construction office until obtaining an occupancy permit
