Our company has once again been selected to act as banking supervision inspector, this time for an investment involving the reconstruction with a change of use of a warehouse building into a restaurant with a brewery, along with technical, kitchen and sanitary facilities in Strzegom, Lower Silesia Province.

The scope of our tasks includes, among others: systematic inspections at the construction site in terms of the progress of works and their compliance with the project, verification and approval of the completion of individual stages of works, verification of financial settlements or control of signed contracts with contractors. For the needs of the financing institution, we prepare comprehensive reports from inspections, including opening, final and monthly reports during the construction works.

This is yet another banking supervision task that our Team is carrying out. So far, we have performed this function, a. o. at the construction of the UniTec production hall in Leszno, the construction of the Kolorama production and storage hall in Piła, the construction of residential buildings in Gniezno and Łódź, and currently also at the construction of the Aqua Park in Lubin for over PLN 250 million.
