Construction of "The Blue" facility in Mielno has started - a premium apartment building with a two-level underground garage and a spa area with an indoor pool. The investment is located in a seaside town in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, right at the entrance to the Baltic Sea beach. The investor - Sun&Snow company - offers for sale 150 air-conditioned apartments for the most demanding Clients.

Our Team acts as the Investor's Representative on this project, responsible for conducting the tender procedure for selecting the general contractor for construction works, investor supervision at the construction site, carrying out formal and official procedures, representing the Investor at the construction site and reporting to the Investor, as well as participating in the final acceptance of the investment.

This is yet another project in our portfolio, which we are implementing on behalf of the Sun&Snow company. In Ustronie Morskie, we are currently supervising the construction of "The One" residential facility with apartments of the same class, also located on the first line of the Baltic Sea. The investment is as technically complicated as the project in Mielno due to the proximity to a body of water and the need to properly secure the excavation.

Currently, the basic protection of the excavation has been completed, along with the installation of steel sheet piles.
