The construction of the Transgourmet logistics hall in Krakow, where we operate as a Construction Manager, is coming to an end. The investment consists in the expansion of the Selgros wholesale trade hall to Transgourmet with a new independent warehouse facility at the back of the building along with the reconstruction of the system.

For investments related to, among others: disassembly of expansion infrastructure, loading ramps, bottling plant building with a roof, installation of external support under the planned expansion, fencing, retaining wall.

The newly built hall has an area of ​​1,457 m2 and a height of 10.10 m. Services for the needs of the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering department have been created. Currently, finishing and land development works are underway at the construction site, the work is expected to be completed in June this year.

Our duties were divided into 3 stages, i.e.: design supervision, execution of the tender procedure for the selection of the General Contractor and construction management together with investor supervision and maintenance in the final acceptance of the investment.
