The construction of a zero-emission pharmaceutical warehouse in Mszczonów for MAERSK Company has been completed. On this investment, we provided Project Management services, including: the tender procedure for the selection of the General Contractor (preparation of tender procedures, collection and analysis of offers, participation in negotiations with the Investor, selection recommendation), project supervision, construction management along with supervision of construction, road, mechanical and electrical industry, service and participation in final acceptance, cost control.

The investment includes: a warehouse with social and office annexes, a detached office building, a concierge desk, a pumping station and maneuvering yards with parking spaces. This investment was designed on the basis of the latest solutions in the field of ecology in order to reduce CO2 emissions, such as:

1. Constantly controlled temperature and humidity.
2. Electricity produced by a 1-megawatt photovoltaic installation.
3. Air source heat pump.
4. Adequate insulation of all partitions ensuring the inertia and energy efficiency of the building, unparalleled in the country.
