Since November 2020, we provide monitoring and technical advisory services for the construction of the Castorama large-area store in the Retail Park complex in Lipnik near Stargard.

The building was designed as a free-standing, without a basement, mostly single-storey. Two overground storeys are located in the front part of the building in the social and office area. The usable area will be: 10 190 m2

The centrally located sales room is the main part of the building and is surrounded by a warehouse on the west side, a delivery zone on the south side, and a pergola on the east side, which is an extension of the summer sales zone.

Currently, the assembly of poles and prefabricated foundations is underway, and external rainwater drainage is also being performed.

We carry out the work on behalf of Castorama, with whom we have already cooperated in the implementation of the Castorama facility in the Retail Park in Siedlce.

The opening of a new store in Lipnik is planned for the end of this year.
