At the request of MAERSK, a world leader in logistics, we started a Project Management task for the construction of a warehouse with an office building and a concierge building in Mszczonów, Mazowieckie Voivodeship.

 The investment will be implemented with the latest technology designed for the purposes of CO2 neutrality, such as:

• photovoltaic installation,
• air heat pump,
• width insulation.

The entire investment will consist of a warehouse with social and office annexes, an office building, a concierge desk and a pumping station with a tank.

The tasks of our company include investment management from the design stage, through the tender procedure for selecting the General Contractor, comprehensive investor supervision to obtaining the Use Permit. Currently, the tender stage of selecting the General Contractor is underway.

According to Investors  expectations communication and reporting within this contract takes place in English.
