Our company supervises the construction of the large-area Castorama store in the Siedlce Retail Park. The investment for Castim Sp. z o.o. includes a store building with social, office and warehouse facilities as well as a parking lot for 344 vehicles. The total area of the building will be 12,242 m².

KKBud's activities include project coordination in the scope of design and construction works carried out by the General Contractor and subcontractors along with  investor supervision.

The store is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2020.
